Academic Master

The Academic Master stage is designed for professionals who combine practical mastery with educational contribution. This level recognizes specialists who are not only experienced practitioners, but also active participants in professional knowledge sharing.

To achieve this stage, the specialist must have 4–5 years of work experience, completed 3500 procedures, participated in 10 masterclasses, received 3 professional recommendations, and completed 400 academic hours as a lector.

Academic Masters play an important role in education, mentoring, and professional development. They contribute to raising industry standards by sharing knowledge, supporting students, and participating in structured educational programs.

The Academic Master certificate is awarded to professionals who have proven their expertise both in practice and education. This stage recognizes advanced professional experience, teaching involvement, and contribution to the development of future specialists. Academic Masters represent knowledge, discipline, mentorship, and educational leadership within the Skin Monarch community.
